Unfortunately, Roxana's death was "allegedly" perpetrated by the psychiatrist who had to help and, if not, marks a milestone in the criminal history of Venezuela. Complicity is macabre and government authorities are unaware of the seriousness of this case than in another country would be treated as a special case and monitored daily by the media in Venezuela are silent.
