We clarified that the same Chirinos says was his psychiatrist, or at least de Chavez confidant and subsequently had a lack of ethics to make public his diagnosis on the psyche of Hugo Chávez Frías. Saying that his patient was as Chirinos has said and just repeated in the only interview she gave about the murder in which he is accused, is an unpardonable.
